What kind of payments do you accept?
We only accept Cash for the 1st Cleaning.  After the first cleaning you may pay either Cash or Check.

We request payment the same day of service. 

If you forget to leave the payment, you can mail us a check after we have contacted you to confirm that you do want us to clean.  If we can't reach you for any reason, we have to reschedule the cleaning appointment.  This will avoid any miscommunication.


What if I forget you are coming to clean & you are not able to access my house?
There is a $15 fee, for not being able to enter your home if it happens the second time.  If you give us a key, this should never be a problem.  However, sometimes, people rather leave the door unlocked, or a key out somewhere.  If that door is not unlocked or that key is not out, it costs us to go there & employees get paid by the hour even if we don't clean.  So this fee is charged only to cover gas & employee wages .

Can I skip a regularly schedule cleaning?
Yes, of course, we just ask you to give us 24 hours notices so we can let our employees know so they don't go there for nothing.

How many people do you have working for you?
We employee 2-4 cleaners.  Two full time cleaners & two part-time cleaners.  Usually 2-4 will clean your house at one time, but all 4 will be familiar with your house.

Do you mind dogs or cats?
Dogs & cats are common in people's homes, however, we ask that if they will get in the way of cleaning your house, if you can please find a place for them to be while we are cleaning. Some people will leave their pets in a finished basement or an unoccupied room.

Will I be in the way if I am home?
Usually 1 or 2 people are not in the way of us cleaning your house.  As long as we are able to access the rooms when we need it, there is no problem for you to be home.  Children or large families, however, may sometimes get in the way.  Please allow us to clean your house without slowing us down.

How long does it take?
The average house, with two people will take about an one hour & half to two hours to clean.  If we have more cleaners on any particular day, cleaning time is naturally cut in half .  That is why we charge by the job & not the hour.  We are experienced & very well organized cleaners.  One person will typically do bathrooms, another will tackle the kitchen & the other will be on dusting & polishing duty.  We all meet together in the end to mop & do a final walk through.

How much do you charge?
This depends on the condition of your house, & the type of cleaning you require, how many rooms we have to clean & also how often someone comes to clean.

The average house is 8 rooms for Bi Weekly Cleaning (2 & 1/2 bath, 3 bed, 1 Kitchen, 1 Liv.rm., 1 Dinning rm) which is about $85 to $100 depending on the condition of the house.

Do I have to provide you with any cleaning products?
No, unless you want us to use a product you prefer.  If you would like to supply all of the cleaning products.  We must make sure you have everything we need in order to clean your house efficiently.  We don't want our cleaning to suffer because you forgot a scrubber or a glass cleaner.

Is it extra to clean my refrigerator?
Yes, typically $25-35

Will it be the same people cleaning my house every week?
Yes, however, there are times when we have to hire a replacement cleaner or need an extra helping hand during busy seasons.

Non Specific Arrival Times
Traffic, Rain, Changing Schedules, Assignments that take longer or shorter than expected are all reasons why are are unable to commit to specific start times.  By not holding us to specific times goes a long way in alleviating stress.

Please call the home office with any/all concerns
Cleaning is can be a very subjective experience for the customer.  For that reason, we ask that you call in any concerns to the home office so that the management can get to know your concerns/expectations.

We will guarantee exceptional service
We do our best to provide serious cleaning.  However, if we will listen and rectify any disappointments right away.  We will come out the next day right away if you feel strongly about an item. 

Scheduling
We have reserved times for you along with other customers.  If you must change your schedule, we ask a minimum of 24 hours notice so that we can plan ahead.  Also, if you are on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, we ask that if you skip, that we come back and see you at your next regularly scheduled visit. 

Lastly, if you skip your schedule appointment, we will charge the rate for the period of time quoted. 

Example:. Monthly rate will be charged for a bi-weekly customer who skips a bi-weekly appointment.
